We chose Paul on the basis of his extensive knowledge of the area we were selling in, and could see he was achieving great results across the board for other sellers. We were going to market as property prices started to plunge, so we were really worried that we wouldn't achieve the sale price we needed to buy our next home. Much to our surprise, Paul achieved a sales result which was well above our expectations, enabling us to buy our next home, which we've recently moved into.
