From inspection day to move in day, it has been a good and easy process. We had a few minor issues with the property prior to move in day. These were out of Property Managers control and was rectified in a timely manner. Communication was ok, potential for improvement. Were still waiting for our PCR, which is normally received with 7days however we understand that in the current market the Property Managers are extremely busy. Were looking forward to being a tennant with Cinch Management, were loving the house and being able to make it home.

Highly recommend giving these guys a call. I first called them on a Wednesday early afternoon and would have been officially homeless by the following Thursday. 30 minutes after the first call i had received follow up calls from two of their property managers to discuss what i was looking for which included a rental that accepted pets and several links to properties within budget, the location requested and internal spec that i was looking for. 6 days later i was moving in to a place that ticket all the boxes. All the above happened in the midst of a "Rental Crisis" Special mention to Colleen and Jasmine for saving the day.
