Jenny Busbridge joined City Realty in 2015 and is one of our most experienced and qualified Senior Property Managers, providing leadership, expertise and support to her team and the wider business. Jenny is a valued cog in the business and certainly someone who is keen to help you with your investment property. With a Certificate in Property Management and over fifteen years’ experience in real estate and property management, Jenny is an expert in her field (and doesn't mind a debate about the legislation!). Highly approachable, dependable and trustworthy, Jenny will put your property interests first and together with her team will ensure your investment is in safe hands. With a focus on CBD properties but experience in all parts of the State, Jenny is ready to help today! During her spare time, Jenny loves to spend quality time with her family and friends down at the port as well as having a good yarn and some fun over shared food and wine!

Amy Dais is yet another City Realty residential property manager with high standards and a drive to see you and your investments serviced to the highest standard possible. With several several of her own investment properties, Amy enjoyed the market and managing of tenants so much she was inspired to obtain her Property Management accreditation and immerse herself into the property industry. Prior to working in the real estate industry, Amy worked as a Bar Manager for various 5-star hotels in Adelaide and Melbourne and fully understands what it means to provide gold plated service! Passionate and hardworking, Amy has immaculate attention to detail and always puts her clients first. Amy is down to earth and works well with her tenants, landlords and colleagues alike. In her spare time Amy loves visiting wineries, attending wine festivals all over the state and spending time with friends at family at home.

Glynis Williams joined our vibrant team in April 2018, and made an immediate impact with her bubbly personality and great energy for all things property! With a long and proven history in varying customer service orientated roles, Glynis understands what it means to provide good communication (yes please!), good service and positive outcomes. Glynis began her career in real estate in 2002 and has an overall 16 years’ experience in real estate with various roles both in Sales and Property Management. In addition, further depth and experience is provided by Glynis as a result of training in a number of previous professions including training (provider), hospitality and sales. One of her treasured accomplishments and memories is putting together memorable experiences for families with terminally ill children and watching them just enjoy their time together, capturing it on DVD and having movie nights with family. With that said, the most rewarding part of Glynis’ job is making people happy, smile and laugh – it’s no wonder her tenants, landlords and colleagues alike feel comfort and reassurance as soon as they meet her! In her spare time, Glynis spends quality time with her 'fur baby', Wilson, who she adores more than anything.
