To date the professional Property Management services have been professional and communication excellent. However, it is too soon to provide a comprehensive review, will be able to judge and comment more comprehensively after the property has been managed for 12 months.

Market knowledge is generally very good however sometimes the decisions are made with partial knowledge. For example unclean conditions should be a safety priority. Damage to food preparation areas allowing cross contamination are dangerous. This recently occurred with a burnt area of laminex allowing liquid to be transferred from several days old liquids to fresh food areas. Pressing hard on the burnt areas demonstrated this cross contamination risk. All other areas were still waterproof. Replacement was critical. Age of the laminex is not significant.
