Great Customer Service

Very Competent Agent
The sale via Glenn was quite fortuitous in that I was thinking about selling sometime next year when a very professional brochure landed in my mailbox, advertising the exact same apartment as mine - six floors down. I contacted Glenn to determine the expected price range and it was close to my requirement, so I met with him and gave him my requirements. In two days Glenn had a prospect lined up to inspect the apartment. I was very firm on price and I think this frustrated Glenn somewhat but he always held his deportment and fought hard to get me my required arrangement. Well done Glenn - thanks for your very open and consultative approach - well done and good luck in the future.

Matthew has been a great agent through out this process and is always available to speak and emails promptly which I appreciate. Matthew was not aware of a few key things in relation to the apartment I bought. A bit more research next time will go a long away. Otherwise he is a good agent!

Knowledgeable agent
Matthew was very friendly, courteous and helpful pre-purchase, during negotiation and after settlement. He also offered a lot of advice as to how improve our apartment and who to contact if needed. Nothing seemed too hard when asked, great service provided at all times.
