Excellent Agent
Matthew was meticulous with his preparation and approach to selling our apartment. He had open inspections at least once a week and had a number of prospective buyer always coming through our apartment. Matthew kept us informed at where we were at in regards to potential buyers and what the market was like. In negotiation the 3 principle parties agreed what was a fair price for all concerned and everybody walked away happy with the result

Handled everything well

Good Salesman
I would have no hesitation recommending Matthew to sell my property. Not only did he manage to obtain $12000 more than the property was worth at the insistence of the vendor but the apartment was sold with a hot water service that had been defective for a very long time and cost me $3500 to replace. As they say "buyer beware" but it leaves a very bad taste. However as I say I have no hesitation asking Matthew to sell this property in return: I am sure he would do very well.
