With a mix of technical and professional qualifications including an MBA in Business Administration, a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (FIML) and a Fellow of the Australian Interim Executive Association (FAIEA) as well as a Commissioner of Declarations. Tim is a proud Queenslander, a born and bred professional and on a personal note is passionate about the sport of Sailing, Tim was previously Commodore of the Mooloolaba Yacht club.

Excellent in all avenues

Perfect in everyway! Right from the first interview Kristy showed amazing market knowledge and insight into the areas we had to emphasise. Always checked in on us to ensure we were kept in the loop. Her styling is also next level perfect! No challenge was too hard for her, and we had a few along the way! With the whole team also behind her is also a great advantage. Her professionalism and dedication to us and the property was fantastic. Nothing seemed a challenge to Kristy. 1000% would recommend to anyone interested in selling or buying!

Very professional yet extremely personal to deal with. A real gentleman in all our dealings.

Tim has been excellent to deal with during the purchase of our property. He's a good listener and communicator and always carried through on what he said he'd do. Nothing was ever a problem and his liaising between ourselves and the seller was first class. Apart from that, he's a real gentleman, a humble down to earth man who is easy to relate to. His knowledge of the market, particularly in the area where we purchased, was extensive and was critical in our decision to purchase when and where we did.
