Tim was a founding member of the Tradelink Plumbing Supplies Group and in his 20 years as General Manager, oversaw growth from 2 stores to 240. There have been a number of market sectors where Tim has devoted considerable time and energy with great success, including the Mining industry where he is still active as a consultant. With a mix of technical and professional qualifications including an MBA in Business Administration, a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (FIML) and a Fellow of the Australian Interim Executive Association (FAIEA) as well as a Commissioner of Declarations. Tim is a proud Queenslander, a born and bred professional and on a personal note is passionate about the sport of Sailing, Tim was previously Commodore of the Mooloolaba Yacht club.

Very professional yet extremely personal to deal with. A real gentleman in all our dealings.

Tim has been excellent to deal with during the purchase of our property. He's a good listener and communicator and always carried through on what he said he'd do. Nothing was ever a problem and his liaising between ourselves and the seller was first class. Apart from that, he's a real gentleman, a humble down to earth man who is easy to relate to. His knowledge of the market, particularly in the area where we purchased, was extensive and was critical in our decision to purchase when and where we did.
