Tracie provided us with a realistic price of what we could expect from the sale of the house backed up with comparisons to other similar properties in the area and she achieved and bettered our expectations. She liaised with the conveyancer on our behalf and also the agent we were buying the new property from so that there was a smooth transition from the old property into the new. During the sale my father who was one of the owners, passed away and Tracie was so understanding and instrumental in navigating through this difficult time with contract changes and settlement dates ect.
