I viewed several properties with Mario. He never made me feel rushed when viewing and always made time to answer any questions. Mario really listened to what I was looking for in my purchase of a unit and made recommendations. I felt Mario really cared about me finding what I was searching the market for. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Mario is very approachable, friendly and was very happy to help in anyway he could. Upon signing a contract he took his time explaining the contract and the process. He kept me updated from the beginning and made calls to check in on how settlement was progressing.
