Our family has had excellent dealings with Nick and his team previously so it was a no brained to get him to appraise the house which had been tenanted for 20 years Appraisal came back with budget figures for sale price and estimated repair costs as well as Nick’s fee structure. We signed contracts and Nick’s team project managed quotes and repairs. A special mention to Lizzy who worked tirelessly with quotes and tradespeople. It was nothing to have Lizzy call at 7am or 7pm. Her communication was excellent. Once open houses started we received offers from the first one (although lowball) but we’re advised to hang out for a while for the right one to come along. A bit over a month in it was sold, but even then we were kept up to date with how settlement was progressing. We believe the investment we made in renovations returned over 100 percent Once again thanks to Nick, Lizzy and team
