Nick’s a great bloke I am sure. But I carn’t help feel it’s all about the numbers and less about the people. Would I buy a property from Nick again probably not. Would I sell a property with Nick, probably not. We had some issues on an another property that we were looking at which did not sit well. Then we decided to buy this property which at the 11th hour had issues with, which we felt we were left on our own and ultimately costing us unplanned dollars. I maybe an odd one compared to the positive reviews I read….. once maybe but twice!!!
