Simply the best!
Nick Clarke's team are top notch and they worked really hard for us. Our property was a difficult one to sell, but in the end their hard work and dedication paid off. We were so lucky to have had our property represented by such an experienced and diligent team. Our sincere thanks to the whole team for a magnificent job. Fantastic team
Nick, Jade and the Clarke and Co team were great to work with from the very beginning. When choosing which agent was right for us we attended a few open homes to get a feel for what we were after. Nick and Jade were stand outs from the start. Professional, knowledgeable but most importantly to us, easy to talk to and genuine. Jade did a fantastic job selling our house in a market that could have proven tricky, she still managed to sell it in a few weeks and for a great price. Highly recommend!

Professional and calming
Nick knows how to navigate the complexities to his clients advantage. We sold our property after our first open home with Nick, he knows how to talk turkey! He is always polite, curtious, and knows his business . He’s good at getting back to you in a timely manner. Top guy and wouldn’t use any other business than Clarke & Co! Very Happy!
Nick and Taylah were both great to work with. Nick was really clear and confident in his plan for our property and how he was going to market and then sell it for us. Nick explained everything so clearly and alleviated any worries we had over many phone calls throughout the process. It was sold after the first open home and for a price we are very happy with. Very polished
Nick’s a great bloke I am sure. But I carn’t help feel it’s all about the numbers and less about the people. Would I buy a property from Nick again probably not. Would I sell a property with Nick, probably not. We had some issues on an another property that we were looking at which did not sit well. Then we decided to buy this property which at the 11th hour had issues with, which we felt we were left on our own and ultimately costing us unplanned dollars. I maybe an odd one compared to the positive reviews I read….. once maybe but twice!!!
