Nick has a reputation in our area for being one of the best agents around. This is the reason that we selected him as one of the agents to come and chat to us about selling our home. When we first met Nick we didn’t realise just how impressive that meeting was. It was once we had the second and third agents visit. Nick was professional but friendly, not condescending and had professionally made marketing materials like folders and things which showed that he gave a sh*t how he presented himself. The other agents were condescending, unprepared and didn’t leave us with any memorable marketing to really consider. Nick talked about what he could do, his experiences in the area and what he thought about our house. The other agents were more interested in telling me how much better they were than the agents in the market by putting them down, not selling themselves. We were overwhelming pleased with the outcome of our sale, better than we could have hoped for. Nick did that for us and we will be forever grateful.
