Nick's market knowledge is outstanding, when we first sat down with Nick he went through every little detail with us and what the best approach for marketing our property. Nick let us know a couple of things for use to considering doing prior to going to market and after doing a couple of things made our house become more of a home. Nick is very professional and had no problem with us contacting day or night as he was not only selling our property but he was also the agent of the Home we just purchased and needed settlement to line up with each other.
