Quite simply, Dan is the best in his field in the area
This is the second home we have sold through Dan Clarke, and we obviously went back to him as we were completely satisfied the first time. We also bought this house through Dan and we have come to trust him implicitly. Dan's marketing strategy and use of social media and the technical stuff that he uses to target market is the best around and his office processes never leave you wondering where things are up to. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he keeps you informed throughout the entire process. In this sale, the first to inspect purchased, so we were very pleased with the result. We would not hesitate to recommend Dan as the best agent in the area.

Dan definitely has his finger on the pulse of the housing market in the area.

Professional and very honest
Dan took on my home when I lost my Husband . He said he would look after me and that he did not once have I been left in the dark over anything . He is totally up front and honest I also needed to find a suitable home for me and my fur babies. and the length he has gone to find me my forever home is outstanding . Get ahead of other buyers
The Dan Clarke First National team do not rely solely on Sunday afternoon 'ice-cream lickers' to generate interest. We listed in December 2019 & under-estimated the reach of their existing network. We'd sold within 10 days, without opening the house to the general public & before any formal on-line listing. Multiple-offers & very happy with the result. Dan really is a Good Guy!
Selling can be stressful. But with Dan Clarke it was surprisingly easy. We initially went through the property, identifying things to get my place ready for sale. The contractors he recommended where quick, efficient and did a great job. When it came to putting the house on the market, he presented 3 offers within no time at all. Dan negotiated a price that I was really happy with. Everything was clear and concise. I appreciated the phone calls keeping me updated on the progress of the sale. I have no hesitation in referring Dan to anyone selling their property.
