I chose Dan as I had read some of the reviews and was looking to turn over a property with someone who would engage with me a) as a female (too often women are not treated well by real estate and car salesmen) and b) who respected my thoughts and opinions . Dan was incredibly respectful and responsive and always got back to me really quickly. Thanks to his ideas on when to promote and present the property, I received my first offer within 24 hours! Since then he has continued to communicate with me through every stage of the process and at no time did I feel like I needed to chase him.
