To be honest, I only stumbled onto Clarke and Co by luck - I had been thinking of selling and moving for a while then finally took the plunge and went into the Beerwah office. The reception I got was very posiitve and after some while the property went "live". Over the extended period it took to get the desired unconditional contract I was regularly in contact with both Dan and Andy with the many questions I had.
