To be honest, I only stumbled onto Clarke and Co by luck - I had been thinking of selling and moving for a while then finally took the plunge and went into the Beerwah office. The reception I got was very posiitve and after some while the property went "live". Over the extended period it took to get the desired unconditional contract I was regularly in contact with both Dan and Andy with the many questions I had. I can appreciate the effort (and time) along with the depth of knowledge that Dan has that made the critical difference in selling a property that many would describe as unique. Dan`s & his team where excellent to work with. Dan`s local knowledge and knowledge of the latest market trends was extensive. During the process I was kept up to date on all aspects of the sale as it progressed. At no time did I feel pressured to make any decisions unless I was happy with what being proposed. Everyone talks about putting the customer first and a lot of times it doesn't happen. This was not the case Dan which gave me confidence I was in good hands. Would gladly use his agency!
