Kingsley has a thorough working knowledge of the house market in the Balgowlah Heights area. He gave us a clear and informed interpretation of the (changing) likely buyer types over the sales period, in context of the evolving general housing market. His communications with us were detailed but not obtrusive.

After showing us two properties, Jesse was able to steer us towards another property he felt would appeal. He was right. Thanks.

Jesse was actually the first agent we met on the search for our new home over several months. During the period, we actually got to know each other quite well as we'd drop into various places he was selling. He was funny, great to chat to, charmed my wife - but I was a bit wary of the agent tropes. When we found the right place, he was fantastic - straight froward, helpful and right on top of all the details. I went from being a cynical buyer to feeing we were in safe hands. Full circle. Sharp, funny and great bloke to boot. Thanks Jesse.

Jesse did a very forensic analysis right at the start to demonstrate to me what was a realistic price for the property, and then worked hard to identify the right potential purchaser profile so that we could home in on the right aspects of the property to highlight and maximise. Result - property sold pretty much for the price expected (notwithstanding the intervening market downturn) and did so within 5 days of being shown off-market, despite a very sluggish market, thus saving me significant stress and additional expense of having to go to market and potentially to auction. All in all it was a great result and an almost pain-free journey and I felt very well informed and looked after every step of the way. Great experience - would thoroughly recommend Jesse!

Jesse & Oskar were fantastic to deal with. Responsive, transparent and very approachable. Although I had no doubts, and it was very clear Jesse & Oskar were working in the vendors best interests, they still made the experience was pleasant for my client and I. If I had clients looking to sell an apartment in Manly, I'd have no issues recommending Jesse and team.

We had such a great experience with Jesse Chester and Oskar Poole from Clarke & Humel Manly when selling our property at the Crescent, Manly. We know that selling a property and achieving a good result can be challenging, especially in the current market. From the very beginning, Jesse and Oskar were warm, friendly and easy to deal with. They brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the whole process, and we always felt that our property was in good hands. They were incredibly responsive, efficient and professional. Whenever we had a question or needed something, they were always quick to respond and happy to help. Selling a property can be stressful, but Jesse and Oskar made the whole experience much easier and more positive for us. We really appreciated their hard work, genuine care and personal approach. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jesse Chester and Oskar Poole to anyone looking to sell in Manly. Thank you both for everything — we really enjoyed working with you!
