Helene is a very capable and professional real estate agent. She was very aware of the market and the type of property I was asking her to market and sell. She was on top of all the issues and kept me fully informed of her contacts with potential buyers and interested parties. She had a very clear idea of what the property was worth and how to market it to the best advantage. She agreed that a private marketing effort with a selected group of potential buyers would be more effective than a broad advertising and publicity campaign and she was right.
