My wife and I recently purchased a house through Clarke & Humel, Manly with Casey as the representing agent. From first impressions, Casey was incredibly professional. After a friendly introduction, he simply let me know if I had any questions I could just ask. Unlike previous houses I had been looking at which always seemed drastically under-valued (and this was confirmed come auction day), Casey was up-font with the asking price. He answered all my questions and was very respectful. As my wife couldn't attend during opening times, Casey made a private appointment for us to come back and see a second time which was before normal work hours. Once again, he let us review the house in our own time and never pushed anything on us. When we decided to purchase the house, Casey was incredibly honest and kept me up-to-date regarding all communications between myself, other interested parties and the vendor. The contract exchange was extremely efficient and Casey even stayed back after-hours to ensure the process was complete late on a Friday night. This ensured both the vendor and purchaser were happy and we now have a new house! From my experience, I would highly recommend Casey as an agent. He achieved a great result for both parties and was very genuine in his respect to us. Casey's a great representative for the company he works for, but also for real estate agents in general. Although I'm hoping we stay in our place for some time, I would definitely hire Casey at Clarke & Humel, Manly should we need to sell!
