Jesse was given a difficult brief to sell 9 and 13 Therry Street Avalon with two owners that had different views about the approach to the sale of the property. He was also given the opportunity to sell 9 Therry Street if he was able to gain interest from developers who might have wanted to purchase the three blocks of land, subject to a developer paying a premium. The campaign was almost 8 weeks and Jesse provided one of the vendor's with daily updates. He was able to reach out to a number of developers and also had private buyers wanting to buy the vacant blocks of land at the top end of the range. The final sale was for the three properties to a developer at a price that my clients were extremely happy with. This involved lengthy negotiations and an exchange that involved the drafting of special conditions that was delayed for a few hours with Jesse being in attendance and carrying out the exchange. Jesse was only able to achieve the great result in this matter through a combination of his communication skills, hard work and determination. I would have no hesitations of recommending Jesse in the future.
