I would recommend Casey and his Client Services manager Ruby for the sale of your property. Casey’s research ensured that I had a realistic expectation of prices in my area and my property did sell within the price range that Casey expected 2 months earlier. Casey and Ruby ensured the styling and marketing of the property was done efficiently and effectively and were available for all the open houses. It all came down to a hectic evening prior to Auction and I was thrilled that Casey was representing my interests and handled the difficult conversations with the buyers.
