From day one Helene demonstrated a deep knowledge of the local market. Accordingly she specifically positioned the property to attract the buyers who were buying in that market and not undertake a cookie-cutter campaign. Then she worked overtime undertaking private inspections and diligently addressed buyer questions. Her assessment of real buyers versus tyre-kickers was superb. Unlike other agents she would talk buyers through the property's shortcomings not hide them. A real people person. I would use Helene again.
