Thank you Jesse for helping us sell our properties in Manly and Fairlight. Your communication skills were excellent, you always kept us in the loop, and your team were great to work with as well. You supported every decision we made but also guided us with your market knowledge. Thanks also for helping us on the path to finding our new home!

When you work with Clarke and Hummel it's not just about working with Michael and Cherie. They have built a fantastic team who are always professional, and ensure exceptionally good communication throughout the process. In a tough environment, we received not just the benefit of their market insights and knowledge - which is second to none - but found them at all times to show high levels of integrity, for not just us as sellers, but also their engagement and respect for potential buyers. We were kept informed at every stage and felt it was truly a partnership working with them to sell our home. We had never met Michael or Cherie prior to listing but would whole heartedly encourage anyone looking to work with an agent in this area to talk to them first.

We have worked with Michael and the team at Clarke and Humel, on a couple of occasions as both the purchaser and vendor. On each occasion we have found Michael to be a great communicator, very organised and and we were very impressed by his entire team. Michael works extremely hard to ensure a good result and we very much appreciate this tenacity. We found him to be very professional and he kept us up to date at all times. We would definitely use Michael and the team at Clarke and Humel again in the future.

Buying during COVID was an interesting experience but the team at Clarke & Humel made the process seamless. From video walkthroughs and contactless contract exchange, I felt as though we were in competent hands at all times.

We have known James for around 5 years, he is an excellent agent, working in an excellent agency. He is humble, diligent and considered. James makes a concerted effort to understand his vendor and buyers and is able to use this experience to get deals done that work for all parties.

Michael brings an abundance of energy and enthusiasm to selling your property. He just loves it. It’s genuine and it’s even enjoyable to engage with. His team around him are excellent too which ensures all the small minor time consuming details are taken care of. We were thrilled with the final outcome. Michael always put our needs and preferences first and ensured the outcome exceeded our expectations. We thought he overpromised at the outset of our engagement but he delivered in spades. We are so pleased we used the Clarke & Humel team!

Michael has fantastic market knowledge & is results driven. He is communicative, gave regular updates & handled our somewhat stressful simultaneous sale & purchase with gusto. We were very appreciative & thankful that Michael was in our corner.
