Michael and his support team were very professional, helpful and a pleasure to do business with throughout the whole process. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Nice people who we were comfortable relying on. Probably the best agency we have ever dealt with.

We reviewed and met with several agents before choosing Casey for our property in Allambie Heights. We valued his personability, honesty and desire to go the extra mile for customer service and satisfaction. We found that his knowledge and experience together with Clarke and Humel's tailored approach fitted well with our needs, and made us feel as though our best interests were always at the forefront of the campaign. We were very happy with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casy and Clarke & Hummel to others.

We first met Casey at an open home, he was friendly, professional and provided great service. Casey continued to follow up and support us through our search. Casey paid close attention to the type of property that we were looking for and soon contacted us with an opportunity to view a property that he had coming up for sale - this property ticked every box for us and we now have a new home! For us the measure of a professional agent was the service they gave to buyers as well as their vendors. We trusted Casey from the moment we met him and recommend him as someone to rely on though a sale and purchase.

Being located overseas, I had never met Mike but chose Mike and the Clarke and Hummel team primarily from rate my agent and recent sales data. From the outset, the C&H team were supporting me deal with my unprofessional leasing agent whom I did not chose to sell through. This was above and beyond and a reflection of the professionalism and personable outfit at C&H - thanks Donna! Mike and team were very helpful in assisting to arrange presale renovations and provide excellent trade referrals. Come time to proceed to market, Mikes outstanding knowledge of freshwater and the buyer segment was obvious and I had every confidence in his advise and strategies. His ability to engage the buyers and build price tension was key to a very swift and successful sale. The communication, transparency and professionalism made this experience as stress free as it could have been. Thanks to Mike and the team at C&H.

Casey was fantastic. He was a pleasure to deal with, straight forward and honest and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Casey took over the sale of our home after the campaign had already begun and we couldn't have been happier with his professionalism, passion and knowledge throughout the process.
