Jesse was very professional and transparent. I found that refreshing. It was also nice to see a familiar face in Jonathan Morton in the team. Both Jesse and Jono were fantastic to deal with and I would recommend Clarke and Humel as an agency.

Jesse did an excellent job in a tough market to drive the sale to a successful outcome for us. He kept great communication going and stayed across the buyers well. Key factor was a well managed pre-auction sale that he dealt with well to get the result we wanted.

We have used Kingsley at Clarke & Humel twice now. Both times we have found him to be very honest, reliable, and achieved what he suggested we would. Hi team, Josie particularly, are a pleasure to deal with. We have no hesitation recommending Kingsley with the trust to sell your home.

My husband and I found Jesse to be professional, knowledgeable and transparent. He did a great job keeping us updated and informed throughout the sales process so we always felt in the loop. He was genuinely excited for us once we bought the property!

Jesse did what he said and we were happy with the sale.

Our property wasn't strata titled, making it harder to sell, but that never impacted on Jesse's professionalism or enthusiasm over our 4 month campaign. Jesse and his team worked tirelessly, turning up every Saturday and by appointment throughout the entire period and achieved a price for us that we were very happy with. Jesse kept us informed throughout and we were entirely happy with the process from start to finish.

Well where do I start . ! Selling a home is an emotional experience for most . Casey sold my father's home of 70 years . I asked him for an appraisal even though I was not an executor as I as hoping to relocate back to Sydney and Dad's place was a great position to all services and my needs .Alas that did not eventuate but he keep me abreast leading up and during the sale more than my siblings who were the executors .Diplomacy plus for Casey . Thank you Casey for your excellent service .All the best as you are the best . Michele Brinsmead.

As a prospective and ultimately successful purchaser I found that ,as the Vendors agent, Casey was knowledgeble about the property he was offering, communicative, clear and very engaged with the sale. Though working for the best interests of the Vendors, he negotiated ethically and fairly with me and enthusiastically encouraged me towards making an offer which was finally acceptable.
