Casey helped me twice to purchase in North Manly. Casey is really helpful and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Casey to family member or friends should they in need of buying or selling in Northern Beaches are. Keep up the good work!

Kingsley has a well earned reputation in our area and we enjoyed working with him and the Clarke & Humel team. In an easy market, homes sell themselves however in a tougher market experience counts, it was good to have Kingsley in our corner.

One of the reasons we engaged Clarke and Humel in the first instance was because of how hard Cherie fought for our business. Whilst other agents put in standard pitches Cherie went the extra mile gathering extensive data to support her proposal and we felt we wanted someone like Cherie in our corner during a falling property market. During the campaign Cherie demonstrated her tenacity and drive again and again. She conducted countless private inspections and built strong relationships with all the lead interested parties, even visiting them at home when necessary. She brought her architect skills to the fore working with two parties on how they could overcome room layout challenges for them. In terms of communication we never went more than a few days without getting a comprehensive update on market positioning, lead parties and what was needed from us. On the day of the auction Cherie had a clear strategy pre-agreed and stuck to it despite the mounting pressure to close the deal, never once putting pressure on us to shift from our pre-agreed baseline for selling. As a direct result of her grit, determination, relationship skills and flair for selling we achieved a selling price that we felt was the absolute best that could be achieved at the point in the property cycle.

We have been aware of Kingsley Looker for a long time and were very pleased with how he handled our sale. He was very quick and efficient in arranging everything and kept us well informed. He had our house on the market in a week and sold it in four days.

Jesse was great from day one and kept us well informed along they way, communicating honestly as people and no ‘real estate agent talk’. To be fair the sale was not easy but in the end Jesse got us the result he said he would!!

He provided a clear explanation as to the appropriate selling strategy and implemented it. Back up support personnel were pleasant and did an excellent job. We were particularly pleased with the photographs

Casey was a pleasure to deal with. Casey was the agent selling the home I purchased and he was open, honest, kind and informative. He always made an effort to follow up with me and to make sure I was in the know. If I had to sell I would definitely seek his services.

I was tied in with another agent for 90 days who barely got anyone through my property. After this time, I enlisted Mike and his team and although it was a very difficult market, he worked hard to get parties through the open houses, and eventually found a buyer who agreed to a price we were happy with. Thanks for helping to get us out of a dire situation!

This is our third sale through Clarke and Humel and we were once again impressed by the professionalism, efficiency honesty and enthusiasm of Mike and the team. The process was stress free from beginning to end and we would highly recommend them to future clients.

A very impressive agent who is well organised with a great support team. Great communication - we were given good feedback after each showing, as well as a presentation fortnightly summarising everything. We can't recommend Jesse and his team highly enough, in a decreasing market they worked tirelessly to gain our sale.
