Mary Cochran was my property manager some years ago when she was associated with another real estate agency. Earlier this year I found out that she is now is the owner of her own property management company Class Property Management so I contacted her there. What a relief after the poor management style of my then current real estate agents. Mary did an excellent job then as now. Everyone has a different idea of what makes a good property manager so here are mine which all apply to Mary: Mary acts on issues in a very timely and professional manner. She has a very fair but firm attitude with both tenants and landlords when issues arise – as they always do! She is definitely knowledgeable about the rental management industry and has a great sense of humour – a mandatory attribute in some situations Most importantly for me is that I TRUST Mary to look after my property and to do the right thing by me and my tenants. I’ve never been able to say that about any other property manager in the 20 plus years that I have needed property management services.
