When we first met Sandy, he told us he likes to do things a bit “old school”. I would say he actually likes to do things with the utmost professionalism and integrity. He kept us up to date, he worked inspections around our family’s needs, and understood when I’d say - can we speak late this afternoon - rather than putting the pressure on me to answer and respond straight away. If I called & he was not available, Sandy would always call back. He & the team also helped us think about some simple things to do to get our house prepared for market & when we had the unexpected pop up in the building & pest inspection, he worked with both us & the buyer to get an outcome that we were happy with.
