Humble, down to earth, got the job done

Jay is a lovely bloke, no nonsense, courteous. He provided guidance throughout the sale, took direction when I felt strongly about something but gently pushed back when required (which I appreciated). Kept me up-to-date and took the time to answer questions and talk through anything i needed. He didn't encourage me to review pricing when the market started to plateau and was strong in his conviction re: where we would land $-wise. I also valued the fact that he and Sandy work as a team. In fact, the whole Cleary Fairthbrother crew were lovely to deal with. Happy with the outcome and would recommend.

Above and Beyond Every Step of the Way

We cannot speak highly enough of Sandy Fairbrother and the entire team at Cleary Fairbrother Property following the sale of our home at 387 Russell Street, Bathurst. Selling a property is a big decision, and having someone you can genuinely trust makes all the difference. Sandy was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. His dedication, professionalism and commitment were second to none. He was always available when we needed him, kept us informed throughout the process and never made us feel like a burden, no matter how many questions we had. We always felt that our sale was important to him, and we truly appreciated the time, effort and care he put into achieving a great outcome for us. Everyone was wonderful to deal with, and we are incredibly grateful for all the hard work, support and behind-the-scenes effort that went into making our sale such a positive experience.
