We appreciated suggestions on what needed doing after 27 years as a rental property (paint, carpet and light fittings). Topped off with the dressing, it did look a 'million', although we would have liked to have been informed about the price first. Very happy with the price we got and our Belle rep was always upbeat.

"Careful what you wish for" is what friends have said about my recent property sales experience. Full price offer (including lease back) at the first open for inspection! Sue and Paul were both delightful to deal with, and their steady guidance and can do attitude was an important part of the sales process. The online exposure as Domain's local 'House of the Week' was excellent, and Sue worked hard and fast to make that happen.

We are very happy with Sue as our agent, she is a great asset to the Belle Property group, her passion and enthusiasm for real estate is to be commended. Our sale took a little longer than we had anticipated but we had full confidence that Sue would achieve a very good outcome for us.

Very easy and most informative along the way

Sue is very enthusiastic and responsive. I think she manages a smaller number of listing so that she can give great service. I think she sells really well as she maintains the momentum and draws on the emotion of the purchase once she realises the person and the property are a good match. She is also really understanding when you don't like a property and gets to understand what you are looking for so that she can let you know when something comes up that you'll like.
