Dealing with Real Estate agents can sometimes be a battle. This was far from the case with Sue Jogever. Her honest and professional approach was a pleasure work with, (rather than "against"). I'm sure the vendor was equally as happy selling his property as we were in buying it. Thanks very much Sue on a job well done.

Sue's knowledge of the area, market and experience made selling our house a dream. From the very first steps of recommending local trades to assist with tidying up and improvements to listing, open houses and then securing the sale....Sue has been nothing short of incredible. She went above and beyond every step of the way and I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Sue and Belle Property to anyone.

Living in Sydney and wishing to relocate to Port Macquarie presents a myriad of challenges not least of all the distance.Finding our lovely little beach house and procuring it was made seem less by Sue Jogever the agent. Her knowledge and expertise was second to none .We were always kept informed and updated during the purchasing period and her local knowledge was outstanding. This included sourcing services for pest and building inspection ,local removal companies and provided us with information on local activities among a few. This meant we could manage all of these things from Sydney without a fuss.Add to this the reassuring phone calls to inform us our new home was safe and sound during the horrendous bush fires that have recently occurred . A real professional. Thank you Sue
