Sue was very focused on achieving a sale at our nominated price for us even though we encountered a few difficulties with strata and other matters along the way. It was always a pleasure dealing with Sue.

I highly recommend Sue and her Team, from my first meeting with her I felt comfortable and confident she was the right agent and that proved correct. From the beginning to the end Sue went above and beyond; explaining the process to me, getting my home ready for sale and keeping me informed. When I relocated interstate I had no concerns that my home was in very good hands and would continue to look great for sale. Thank you Sue, I only hope I find an agent as good as you in the search for my new home! Karyn Farr

We would like to show our appreciation for all the things above and beyond what a normal vendor agent normally does. This is the 5th house we have purchased and no other agent has been as professional, or obliging as we found you to be. Again thank you for all your assistance with the purchase of 26 Christina Circuit recently.

Sue was very honest with us from the very beginning of our journey into buying a house. She new we where travelling up from Sydney and time was not on our side. She was always happy to chat and kept in touch with us even after we settled on the house. We have had some experience with agents both in Sydney and in Port Macquarie and we believe Sue to be one of the best. We highly recommend her to anyone.

A huge thank-you to Sue for her assistance in purchasing our rental property. We live quite some distance from Port Macquarie and only had very limited time to locate and purchase a suitable property. It was refreshing to find an agent who actually knew the home she was selling. With a number of other Agents, I asked them basic questions about the house they were selling and I was amazed about their lack of knowledge of features of the home. Sue had obviously interacted well with the Vendors as she was able to provide all the info I needed. Sue was entirely professional, without being pushy. She kept us up to date with the entire process, even communicating with us on her day off. Thanks again Sue your assistance, it was much appreciated.

Sue and her team at Coast Front Realty were fantastic. Nothing was an issue and we felt completely supported every step of the way. Sue's professional approach and generous attention to detail made us feel like valued clients. The sale of our property was beyond expectations, it was a very exciting experience for my family and we would not hesitate to recommend Sue and her team to anyone interested in selling or buying property here in Port Macquarie.

Made an offer on a property Sue had listed and she managed to coordinate exchange of contract the next day before we returned to Sydney!

The very reason we decided to go with Sue was her core values, honesty and integrity. Sue displayed a knowledge of the market and was not afraid to put herself out front for us . Communication and making herself available to us are a few more of her attributes. I would recommend Sue and her team to anybody who is looking to sell there home with a team that does care about the result. Don't look for gimmicks ,Don't make a decision based on false economy. Make a decision based on facts.
