Justin and I could not be happier with our decision to trust in Sue with her extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Port Macquarie. At the end of the day choosing a boutique real estate like Coast Front Realty was the best decision we could have made. We would not hesitate to recommend Coast Front Realty and Sue to any future vendors!

Sue and her team work tirelessly for their clients, they are open and honest in all their dealings. We always want more when we are selling and always want to pay less when buying, so what a job being stuck in the middle, Coast Front does a great job in managing this. Thank you Sue for a quick and positive outcome, we are very happy all round, and have no hesitation in recommending yourself and your team to any sellers or buyers looking at the market.

Sue - whilst employed by the vendor was very transparent and honest with us as purchasers. This made it easy for us to determine where we stood in relation to our offers and the point at which the sale would or would not proceed. highly recommend Sue to anyone interested in buying or selling.

Where do I start. Sue is a Port Macquarie ambassador who is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We met Sue at an open house that wasn't for us so after a few questions Sue encouraged us to follow her to her next open house to see if that met our needs. Therefore starting our relationship with her. Looking at the open house schedule and seeing clashes Sue was prepared to organise an additional viewing of a property that she thought we would like. This was above and beyond what we expected. She was the only agent that actually took the time to find out what we wanted. Living in Sydney Sue kept us informed of what was on her books if she thought it was worth our trip to view it. The home we finally found was one that Sue also organised additional viewings and once we put in an offer Sue stayed in touch and helped us engage a rental agent for it until we are ready to relocate and become a local. Not being there for settlement we received our congratulatory gift via mail which also included a treat for our dog! We cannot recommend Sue highly enough her approach is as if you've met her before and her knowledge of the market and the area is unsurpassed.

Sue was fantastic in facilitating the purchase of our investment property in Port Macquarie. We live some 500km away from Port Macquarie, as such there was a great deal of trust on our part in Sue and her team. Sue was effective in negotiations with the vendor, organised the building inspection, returned to the property to double check on items that arose from the building inspection that I had concerns with, sourced and provided a rental appraisal for the lender and pointed us in the direction of a very competent property manager. I highly recommend Sue Jogever and Coast Front Realty.

I can thoroughly recommend Sue Jogever as a selling agent. She has been extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Leading up to the sale , Sue was in regular contact with me and I valued her suggestions. In preparation for the sale, Sue was very generous with her time and resources. This was so important to me, as this was my home for 27 years, and it was also my very first sale! Sue was able to secure me an amazingly quick sale and I am most grateful for this. She was very aware of the current market and I am really happy with the outcome!

Sue showed us two properties and we bought the second one we saw with her!We were looking for something that didn't need too much work, but we instantly fell for it. We are happy to do the work it needs. We couldn't be happier. Since then, Sue has answered all my questions and been very helpful.
