One Saturday I looked at a property Stuart was marketing. I wasn't interested in this particular property. I asked about any others & he showed me the own I ultimately bought. I came up the following day, a Sunday, the only day Stuart has off with his young family but he kindly obliged me by letting me go through again. The vendors were o/s at the time & travelling between continents. He contacted them every time I needed information, put me in touch with the builder, pest inspector & building inspector who'd all done recent reports on the property. In short the purchase was done in a very short space of time. With another serious purchaser in the wings this would not have been possible without Stuart's constant attentiveness.
