Proactive
Martin is very well informed on local markets insights and particularly relating in reference to the property I am settled on shortly. He has a calm and relaxed manner yet very proactive in keeping you informed throughout the process.The added support via the Harcourts office is also extremely helpful especially with the 'Move In' utilities connections partner service. Very helpful for a new Australian resident!

Put in long hours to help get our place sold
Guy Powell was our agent. He was brilliant. It took a while for our place to sell and at times my wife and I were in a state of despair. But Guy’s confidence never waivered. He was like a little Bulldog. Never stopped trying. Always positive. And put in long hours to help get our place sold. 10/10 performance by Guy.

Brilliant agent
Martin has sold a unit in Surfers Paradise for both myself and my mother in the past year and I could not fault his knowledge or service. The whole experience was brilliant. Not only did he get record prices on both units but he sold them within days of going on the market. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and he is definitely the only agent I would use on the Gold Coast
