I first met Rick Daniel when he was selling a unit in my complex a couple of years ago and was immediately impressed by his enthusiasm and respectful demeanour. In 2022 Rick brought me a cash off-market offer as I was considering selling & was keen to see what the market might pay. I did not proceed with the sale at the time as i was not fully ready to sell. Rick was consistently respectful, polite & honest during this experience. In January 2023 I decided it was time to sell, and to engage Rick as my marketing agent was a no-brainer. Despite signs of some slowing down of the local market Rick was able to achieve a price slightly above the previous 2022 peak of the market offer. During a relatively quick turnaround time Rick secured a realistic cash offer whilst a unit in the same complex languished at an unrealistic price by another agent and did not sell.
