We recently bought a property through Rick. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who knew the area so well, actually listened to what we were seeking, and then worked hard to get it for us. There's none of the "hard sell" with Rick, which we very much appreciated. As interstate buyers, we worked collaboratively to plan ahead and work within limited time constraints for inspections etc. For this we found Rick to be far more responsive and committed than the "big name" agents in the area. I first met Rick Daniel when he was selling a unit in my complex a couple of years ago and was immediately impressed by his enthusiasm and respectful demeanour. In 2022 Rick brought me a cash off-market offer as I was considering selling & was keen to see what the market might pay. I did not proceed with the sale at the time as i was not fully ready to sell. Rick was consistently respectful, polite & honest during this experience. In January 2023 I decided it was time to sell, and to engage Rick as my marketing agent was a no-brainer. Despite signs of some slowing down of the local market Rick was able to achieve a price slightly above the previous 2022 peak of the market offer. During a relatively quick turnaround time Rick secured a realistic cash offer whilst a unit in the same complex languished at an unrealistic price by another agent and did not sell. So overall, if you want an honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and all-round very pleasant agent to market your property in Noosa, choose Rick Daniel of Coastal Noosa.
