The apple doesn't fall far from the tree as He, and Andrew have both the professional and communication skills to match. I have been trying to get my apartment sold for years by my old property manager. Michael stepped in, and the job was done! Yes, it was as simple as that. He dealt with everything, and no task was too hard. He coordinated with the tenant, the property manager and the solicitor. He was always happy to take my call and kept me aware of the situation and the progress of the sale. I know that Michael has only been an agent for a short period, but he acts and delivers like a seasoned professional. In the fierce market of selling units, this is the guys you need to go too. They know how to get the best price and do it with honesty and integrity. I want to acknowledge the service I received from both Michael & Andrew Harvey in selling my Mother and Father's home. My father recently passed away and dealing with a deceased estate was an additional burden I had to carry. Michael referred me to a great solicitor, and both he and Andrew made the process seamless. They acted with compassion and understanding of my plight. These are two sincere men that have real integrity. They kept in constant communication were helpful and friendly. Andrew and Michael has my property to sell in a very difficult market and to further complicate matters it was tenanted. Despite these difficulties the sales process was smooth and seamless from my viewpoint. I was kept continually informed and updated on the results of all Inspections and Open Houses with a complete breakdown of potential buyers. Despite a lengthy time from inception to contract, Andrew and Micheal never lost sight of my objectives to achieve a sale at the best achievable price. Once my contract was signed they both worked diligently to ensure a satisfactory unconditional sale was achieved and assisted me greatly right through settlement. For most of this period I was travelling around Australia, so communications at times were either scarce or non-existent adding to an already demanding scenario.
