We met Tim by chance in 2012 and were impressed by his manner and knowledge of the Biggera Waters area so he was our first choice to sell our unit in Pavillions. He is a great listener and did a great job of marketing our unit, looking for genuine purchasers, as our unit has always been tenanted since we purchased it new 2006.
