Complete understanding of the real estate market. Very open, truthful and realistic in all dealings with me and my property. I found both James and Paula’s advice was very good and reflected their deep experience of the property market. One of the important things for me was the process, but I found they have a great sales model which made it virtually stress free. Importantly, I could say that at all times they acted in my best interest.
