The Best Agent On The Coast
Where do I start! It was the best decision I ever made choosing to sell with James. It started with looking at a property to buy in Robina and ended up the purchase of this home and the sale of my property with settlement in under 30 days! WOW! James managed to have a contract on my property within 3 days of being on the market, which shocked my family and I, we all knew we were in great hands. It just goes to show when you have the right man and team behind him for the job, things happen. An agent with integrity
James was the agent selling the property we were interested in buying. He was very honest with us concerning what the sellers were wanting and maintained a high level of loyalty towards them yet giving us a clear indication of what might be achievable. We didn’t enter into negotiations until our place went unconditional. Within 1/2hr of informing James of our sale we had a contract signed with a price we were happy with. He was professional, courteous and diligent in the administration of his profession. We were extremely impressed with his service and attitude towards all concerned.

Paula has been exceptional
I have never met James but I bought the property and sold the property with Paula. She has been so helpful, friendly and professional. She has kept me up to date regularly, got me a good price despite the down turn in the market. She is what everyone wants when selling or buying. I have some friends who are considering selling.
