Friendly and knowledgeable
James and his team provided me with the confidence that they would sell my property and they delivered. I wanted an easy process as I Iive interstate and again made the whole process smooth and friendly. This is the 2nd time I have used James and 100%recommend him and the team.

A good agent to work with
We were actually purchasing a property through James, who acted for the sellers. James worked tirelessly to liaise between us and the sellers whilst negotiations took place, he conducted all aspects of the sale / purchase in an ethical manner, and ultimately facilitated the sale of his clients house, so the sellers and purchasers walked away happy. He was always contactable, even out of hours, and always returned call promptly. We asked to be put in touch with the sellers after the contract went unconditional, so we could meet them, which he facilitated, and it turned out to be a great experience for all involved.
