Buying your first property, breaking into the tough Sydney property market is meant to be once of the most exciting times of your life. You think “we’re in!” “its going to be ours” “Our Home.” This would have been the case if it wasn’t for Richard Movsessian Principal at Coastline Real Estate in Maroubra. Our experience with him was nothing short of horrific after a verbal tirade during the final period of negotiation and constant pressure tactics to sign prior to legal consultation. I would like to make one point clear. Sophia, who is Richard’s personal assistant, was extremely helpful and did her best to cover for her employer’s abuse and overall disdain for the deal. A phone Call on the 28th of April Richard is quoted as saying (now you'll need to use your imagination here): “I DON’T GIVE A FLUFFY DUCK ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FEELINGS. I DON’T GIVE A FLIP ABOUT THIS DEAL. IF YOU DON'T SIGN BY TODAY I AM TEARING THIS DEAL UP. He hung up….. I was left utterly shocked.
