I had contacted a few agents before deciding to go for Jamie for some reasons. Firstly he knows many things that other agent didnt know about the building of my apartment. Secondly he seems knowing how to build a good relationship with everyone and later on this was proved as he can build a good relationship with the building manager and even my tenants. Jamie is very responsive to provide any feedback or any questions I asked. The apartment was sold within my expectation so I am happy.
