I found Coastline Realty to provide exceptional service particularly given I had to engage a third party to act as my agent which meant Emma of Coastline Realty had to deal with two parties to organize the purchase. Coastline Realty staff always responded promptly to my concerns/directions and resolved the matters to my satisfaction. I some respects Coastline Realty went over and beyond to smooth over the purchasing issues and to have the property ready for occupancy before settlement. All persons I dealt with at Coastline Realty were polite, most helpful and professional at all times.
