With Charlie's extensive knowledge of the local market we trusted the way he marketed the property, we obtained higher than the asking price and he was always on hand to sort the difficult stuff out. My forever home
My late husband and I bought and onsold several homes from as far afield as PNG to Tasmania and since he passed 19 years ago I have bought 3 homes myself. Only 4 agents have been standouts, Bart in Tassie, Susan in Caloundra, Yvonne in Moreton Bay and now David Charge from Coastline Wide Bay Burnett. Some agents just instinctively know the property you are seeking. David is a very astute agent. I inspected only one property with him - the one I signed a contract on that same day. If my dear old Dad was still around he would have said " he knows his onions"

Emma was friendly and professional, and made the buying process easy. We had some complications to navigate throughout the contract process, and Emma was always willing to help.
