Emma was friendly and professional from day one. She has a lot of knowledge of the area and property prices. It was great to have her advice to help us work out a price and marketing strategy. At all stages we found her not to be pushy and allowed us to make our own decisions without pushing her views on us. That was something we really appreciated and not something we had experienced in the past from other agents. Emma explained the process of selling to us and what we needed to do. As we had only bought in the past we had no idea about selling. She updated us at each stage of the process right up to settlement. If we called at a time that she wasn't available she got back to us very quickly. When it came to negotiating with the buyer she did an amazing job. We have another property to sell next year and we will definately use Emma again to sell it. Thanks so much Emma on a job well done!
