Friendly yet could have been more professional
There was a time an inspection with a potential buyer was booked, we cleaned and tide the house and no one came. We did not receive an apology or even a message to say no one was coming. After we bought this house, we were expecting a congrats gift like is done when people buy a house and we felt that gesture would have been nice
