We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Mark Bowis. Selling our home whilst living interstate we thought would be a challenge but when we met Mark, it was quite the opposite. Mark managed the whole process of selling our home from preparing the property including, recommending painters, carpet layers, cleaners and even going to repair our garage remote himself when it suddenly broke down, all whilst we were in Melbourne. Mark provided regular progress updates on all works during the preparation of the property prior to sale. We were informed daily of all communication Mark had with prospective buyers, and in addition, he provided detailed reports after each inspection day. Our trust in his commitment and expertise proved that we had chosen the right person. Mark not only meet our expectations, but exceeded it in all aspects of the sale, which we will always be grateful for. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to handle any sale.

Mark exceeded our expectations. From our initial engagement with him, during the sale process and to a great result Mark was transparent, calm and considered in every dealing. Selling during lockdown meant more challenges than a normal sale, yet nothing was too much trouble for Mark, his communication was faultless, and most importantly (and rarely) he did exactly what he said he would do at the times he said he would. I interviewed numerous agents to sell our Balmain unit before selecting Mark. He didn't give generic information about selling, but rather was happy to give specifics on how to best improve our unit, cost effectively, before sale and was happy to organise same in my absence. Rather than tell me what I wanted to hear he was happy to tell me what he really thought would get the best results. He clearly knew the Balmain market and had had great results with recent sales. I was very happy with my choice! He was always polite, helpful, energetic and effective, always did what he said he would do with minimal fuss and on time, with a speed that often defied belief. Communication was excellent despite the complications created by one owner being interstate and sometimes off grid, while the other was overseas!! He was very well organised and very punctual with communication windows. His advice was always based on clear logic, sound reasoning and integrity, informed by accurate assessment of potential purchasers. His ability to "read" people combined with an evident ability to negotiate resulted in an outstanding result, beyond everyone's expectation, before auction. Mark is a highly skilled, honest, knowledgable and hard-working agent, who achieves outstanding results, it was a pleasure to work with him.
